On August 17, the 2024 Lhasa Half Marathon kicked off at the Tibet Convention Center. This year's event, themed "Beautiful Lhasa Tour, Running Towards the Future" attracted 5,000 runners from across the country, who engaged in a challenging test of endurance and willpower on the plateau.
